Cancellation & Refund Policy

At OneHub IT, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every service we provide.
If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Service Cancellation:
You may cancel a service order within 24 hours of purchase if the work has not yet begun.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are issued only if:
– The service has not been initiated.
– A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
– OneHub IT fails to deliver the service as agreed.

Non-Refundable Services:
Domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, or paid ad credits are non-refundable.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
